The Big Year | New Year’s Resolutions Checklist

Do you make New Year’s Resolutions?

I didn’t make any this year. I haven’t had any for the past few years. I don’t like to fail so I don’t set myself up for failure. The way I look at it is if I do something I want to do over the course of this coming year then “Woohoo for me!” If I don’t, then no big deal. 🙂

Big Year DVD20th Century Fox has sent me The Big Year for review. I haven’t watched it yet but hope to get to it this weekend! I love me some Jack Black and Owen Wilson! It releases January 31!

Here’s a cute little print out to help you keep track of your resolutions, plus watch a funny movie!

Stay tuned for an upcoming giveaway to celebrate this new release!

  1. how’d you get them to send you a DVD to review?!

I usually make resolutions, and I usually keep them. Last yr I didn’t make any since I was having a baby and I didn’t know what I’d be able to do as a new mom. I haven’t made mine yet for this yr, but I’m going to. I need to be healthier for sure. Having a baby put me out of whack, big time.

    1. I know what you mean about having a baby! I too want to improve my health and body but like I said I can’t stand failure and subjecting myself to depression.

I know it’s healthly to work toward goals but I’m realistic. If I really want something done, I’ll do it. No sense beating myself up about it.

I wish you luck with your goals!

About the review DVD, I’m on 20th Century Fox’s publicity list via ThinkJam. They’ve sent me quite a few movies to review. I’ve watched several but I’m slacking on reviewing them! I have two giveaways coming up so be sure to enter! One for this movie and one for the 50th Anniversary of ‘To Kill A Mockingbird’. 🙂
