In My Mailbox: Week 30

This week was an awesome week. Why? Because the awesome people at Harlequin paired up with NetGalley and offered a limited amount of eBooks of ALPHA by Rachel Vincent to those that helped promote Rachel’s recent bus tour.

It was so easy to promote and the prize for doing so seemed like overkill and totally awesome I was in awe at first. So another great big thank you to Harlequin, Rachel, and NetGalley for the amazing reading pleasure because I read through it as fast as I could, which wasn’t fast enough.

Alpha (Shifters Book 6) by Rachel Vincent

480 pages, Mira, (2010-10-01)

$7.99 (

King of the Screwups by K. L. Going

312 pages, Graphia, (2010-05-03)

$7.99 (

Liam Geller is Mr. Popularity. Everybody loves him. He excels at sports; he knows exactly what clothes to wear; he always ends up with the most beautiful girls in school. But he’s got an uncanny ability to screw up in the very ways that tick off his father the most.
When Liam finally kicked out of the house, his father’s brother takes him in. What could a teenage chick magnet possibly have in common with his gay, glam rocker, DJ uncle who lives in a trailer in upstate New York? A lot more than you’d think. And when Liam attempts to make himself over as a nerd in a desperate attempt to impress his father, it’s his "aunt" Pete and the guys in his band who convince Liam there’s much more to him than his father will ever see. — Goodreads

Jealousy (Strange Angels, Book 3) by Lili St. Crow

316 pages, Razorbill, (2010-07-29)

$9.99 (

Obviously I consumed ALPHA and I did the same thing with Jealousy yesterday. I love me a kick ass woman character. Dru never fails to make me proud.

Wife, mother of a nearly 7 year old daughter named Madison and new baby boy Riley. Avid reader on my Amazon Kindle. World of Warcraft and CS:S gamer.

  1. I recently bought all of the Strange Angel series. I have not started it yet but it is on my TBR pile. Which is growing quite large these days. LOL I’m glad to hear it was good. I can’t wait to read it myself.
