Bree has unveiled the cover for the follow up to The Dark Divine, The Lost Saint.
The Lost Saint: A Dark Divine Novel by Bree Despain
384 pages, EgmontUSA, (2010-12-28) $17.99 (Amazon.com, hardcover) |
I like that it matches the first cover but as I stated in my review of the first book, what does this even mean? It’s just pretty is all. There’s no point to the cover, unless it is miraculously revealed in this installment. Otherwise I love the color blue they’ve selected.

It makes me say Ooh-la-la! Pretty. But yeah, has nothing to do with the story.
my new year’s resolution this year was to try not to be swayed by book covers. 🙂 it’s not really working. these covers are pretty but there are book covers out there that don’t have much to do with the novels. i don’t think that authors get much of a say in cover art.
that said, i hope you enjoy this second installment! 🙂
I likey! It compliments the cover for TDD very well.
