Baby Stuff

I took a trip to Target and got a few frog themed items. I’m afraid that the things I see available for purchase now will disappear before people buy us anything for him. So, yeah, I’ve spent quite a bit on some clothes. Just last night I ordered a lot from Old Navy because, I <3 Old Navy, and they have some adorable frog outfits! Here’s what I got at Target:

See? Too cute! I’ll be sure to post the Old Navy purchases in next weeks IMM!

You can see our current baby registries. We have one on Amazon as well as Target. Both are pretty much the same but Amazon has some other items because they have the Universal Wish List option, where you can put items from any website on your list. I like that feature. Plus Amazon is usually cheaper than Target.

We also picked up his changing table from JCPenney yesterday but haven’t put it together yet. We were supposed to take home his dresser too, but it arrived damaged so we asked them to ship it back and try again. They were really great to work with and gave us 10% off the replacement dresser. I wasn’t there to see the damage, I was busy taking a 3 hour Glucose Tolerance Test, which sucked and ruined my day. I planned to paint his room but I had NO energy to speak of after I got home from the test. So, we’ll be trying to paint his room today. :)

What did you get this week?

  3. Oooh, a signed copy of Across the Universe?! Nice!!

  4. Yup. I was very happy to have received one. :)

  5. Great books! I actually just finished reading the first book in the Blue Bloods series, and I’m not sure yet if I want to read more of the series. The first book didn’t amaze me as much as I had hoped. Is it worth it to read the rest?

  6. The rest are much better than the first one. I HATED all the fashion jargon in the first book but that gets toned down a lot in the next books. I haven’t read the last book that came out yet but I did enjoy the other books okay.

  7. Great book week for you! I can’t wait to get Across the Universe! I love, love, love the baby clothes too. Gives me baby fever!

    Happy Reading!

  8. I can’t wait to put them on my little guy! I’m so excited to have a little boy. Having a little girl the first time, I’m excited for the differences.

  9. Hope you enjoy your new books!! My IMM post is here. Happy Reading,

  11. Great reads! New follower too.
I can’t wait to read Across the Universe. And I love the baby clothes.
Also re your Blue Bloods comment in response to Kelly – I agree that the books get better. Each one is less shallow than the one before.

Sorry you had to take the 3-hr glucose test. That stuff they make you drink is nasty.
